How it works

Four steps to your first session.

    Pick a class time

    Browse the schedule and choose any regularly scheduled class that fits your day. No booking gymnastics required.

  2. 02

    Just show up

    Arrive about 10 minutes early in clothes you can move in. Your entire first week is free — drop in and try it.

  3. 03

    Meet your coach

    A coach greets you, walks you through the workout, and scales every movement to your level. You're never thrown in the deep end.

  4. 04

    Keep going

    Loved it? We'll help you pick the membership that fits and lock in your spot in the community.

Good to know

A few quick answers.

Do I need to be fit first?
No. Every workout scales to your ability — we'll meet you exactly where you are.
What should I bring?
Athletic clothes, training shoes, and a water bottle. We've got the rest.
How do I redeem the free week?
Just drop in to any regularly scheduled class and let a coach know it's your first time.
Is there open gym?
Yes — open gym hours are built into the weekly schedule for members who like to train solo.
